Epidemic movie from South Korea. Mutant parasitic worms, although normally use insects as hosts, they now begin to infect humans. As a result, they feed on the host until they are mature enough and then try to kill the host and get out to lay their eggs. Specifically they cause intense dehydration and thirst in the host until many hosts jump into the water until they drown. How did the mutant worms emerge and change their natural host from insects to humans? How does the only drug that can kill them come from a small local pharmaceutical company? Did something else happen after all? A very good story with a lot of suspense and interesting though predictable script and a very good result from Korean cinema that we are used to in excellent movies. Recommended as a nice movie in the specific topic of epidemics.
