Dumb. Dumb episode.

Yes that was a reference to LS Mark.

Anyway this episode doesn't make any sense. Homer and Marge tell their backstory about them in college which apparently happened in the 90's. Yeah they seemed really low on ideas so they changed the continuity just for an episode. If you don't remember, Homer and Marge grew up before the 90's as established in the season 2 episode: The Way We Was. It's like this was made by people who never watched the original Simpsons episodes. This breaks all kinds of continuity for the show.

And it's not like the backstory was interesting. Marge divorces Homer thinking he was using her as an object listening from a random person, so they move out and she starts dating the man who lied about it and Homer starts a band named Sadgasm. And he becomes more and more depressed without Marge to the point where he injects needles in him. And the stupidest part is this episode wants you to worry: Will Marge and Homer get back together? It's a freaking backstory what do you think?

Marge dumps the guy and gets back to Homer in the end. Oh but I thought they would NEVER get back together! This episode should not have been made.
