It's no perfect movie but I really dig this franchise. And for it to be done on a shoestring budget, with a skeleton crew I found a lot to embrace here... Some of the acting is missing, and the dialogue gets a bit repetitive offscreen. Also the sound mix needed some work. But when a movie entertains me, I generally pick up on less of those things. Overall, I thought the conclusion has a satisfying tie in to the first film... Plus those jump scares never miss a beat for me!
