In the goofs the issue about her legal name being changed is possibly not a plot hole, depending on timeline of Angela's passport being issued before she went through the legal name change and since we know from the episode she is renewing it, it is an old passport. Then again they went to Paris before already, so it could go either way, if Jack had seen her passport at that time during their document verifications on the airports.
