Its a very good Krazy Kat cartoon, with a nice arc of gags, graceful skating, and then exciting mishaps. It's fairly typical of the series, although done a bit better than average.
I would like to take exception with the other viewer, who calls this 'surreal'. Surrealism is a high art movement. This is just plain silly, and I like it that way.
