A mockumentary supposedly discussing a fake book written about violent criminals...
The first 5 minutes give you a good idea of how bad the movie will be, it's full of way too many opening shots meant to "shock" and a lot of fake news clips.
It really feels like a first time director. The entire film was overly redundant and sounds like self promotion.
Also, because it's entirely fake and full of actors pretending to be PhD's, it offers no actual insights or useful information.
I would skip this one if I had a choice.
