I saw this as a 7 year old in 1977, and oh boy was it good. It's almost pointless to review this sort of thing because it's either burned into your brain as a classic if you saw it as a kid, or it will likely seem silly.
It's funny seeing it later as after having become a fan of Doctor Who, the probe looks rather a lot like a Dalek.
Great episode. My only real complaint is why did they burn the titles onto the epic scene of Steve's first battle with the probe?
