Degueyo (1966)
6/10
Effective and nihilistic

Warning: Spoilers
DEGUEYO is a particularly nihilistic spaghetti western that begins with sudden murder and carries on the theme all the way through the picture. It's dark stuff indeed, with lots of bloodshed and grittiness in the story of a gang of bandits who've offed the menfolk of an entire town, leaving only the likes of Erica Blank behind. Against him are a handful of goodies led by the reliable Giacomo Rossi Stuart, and you can expect all the usual shoot-outs and excitement along the way. Dan Vadis in particular seems to having a ball as the villain.
