Love court cam but guards are too fat and lazy

I love court cam, but it is obvious to me the guards are fat and lazy and I don't know how they are keeping their jobs if, in any case of court cam, I as a human being could see trouble brewing. I know the prisoner is there for a reason, but why are these overweight take 4 of them to take one guy down. I don't know 5a spoiler is so I'm presuming thats a negative
