WrestleMania 13 (1997 TV Special)
5/10
Lackluster show saved by a 5 Star Match

Warning: Spoilers
WrestleMania 13 was the 13th annual WrestleMania taking place on March 23, 1997 at the at the Rosemont Horizon in the Chicago suburb of Rosemont Illinois. Attendence was at 18,197. This WrestleMania was primarily remembered to be Bret Harts last WM as well as Stone Cold actually winning over dozens of people after the two had a terrific match on this show. Another feud on the Card featured the WWE Championship being defended by Sycho Sid against the Undertaker. Originally it is said that HBK vs. Bret Hart was suppose to happen in a rematch but HBK's injury changed the card. However some say Shawn Michaels faked an injury because he didn't want to drop the title to anyone. That sounds like the arrogant Shawn Michaels of the 90s.

The Good - Bret Hart vs. Stone Cold was the best. Come to think of it, this is my favorite Bret Hart match in WrestleMania history. I know I lot love Owen/Bret but this one in my opinion was much more intense and awesome. Also props to the Legend of Doom and the Nation of Domination for putting up something entertaining enough to keep the crowd going even after a 5 star match.

The Meh - Well most of the other matches on the show were decent but barely anything is memorable about most of them aside from a few making WM debuts like Rocky Mavia and Mankind. Even Hunter & Goldust isn't that memorable despite it being a pretty good match.

The Bad - I'm sorry but Sycho Sid in the main event was a slap in the face. I don't know who's idea it was to put him in a long match against the Undertaker in the main event at WrestleMania. He was always boring in my opinion. Rocky vs. Sulton was garbage but luckily Rock would have better matches for the future WrestleManias.

Overall - Pretty much a one match show. I recommend just skipping to Bret Hart vs. Stone Cold and ignoring the rest of the card if you're just interested in seeing good of this PPV. If not for the 5 Star Match the show probably would have gotten a more terrible rating than it has right now.
