Marseille: Tres Bien!
19 November 2020
20 year term Mayor of Marseille (Depardiu), even at age 70 is still a hulk of a man, who steals every scene he's in and has to battle crooked and jealous Politicians who want his job.

There are so many twists and turns in this Two Series, 25 or so episodes, it's tough to figure out where to begin. Marseilles is the second largest city in France (Paris is No. One), and has a great passion for soccer, packing in 60,000 crazy fans for each home game. There is skullduggery afoot here. Watch.

Add in lots of sex, some for love, most for political favors and tons of smoking. The Mayor battles Pols who scheme, backstab, lie, cheat, steal, bribe, blackmail - and that's the one's who like him, on a daily basis. There is also a back story with underprivileged immigrants from Algeria, living in the Projects.

Good acting also from both his wife and daughter (Julia) and a surprise addition to the family who has a major part here.

All in all, a good series for Adults. Worth an easy 8/10.
