M*A*S*H: Are You Now, Margaret? (1979)
Season 8, Episode 2
9/10
McCarthyism at the 4077th
6 October 2020
Warning: Spoilers
A visiting congressional aide puts the pressure on Margaret to name names, to be a snitch all in the name of combating communism and the red square. The aide (played by Lawrence R. Pressman) gets his comeuppance when the subplot (Klinger's pursuit of capturing a winning photo) intersects with this main plot.

A thought provoking episode, broadcast three years after Woody Allen's The Front which dealt with the devastating impact of McCarthyism.
