A funny episode. The twins name the mutt "Puppy". Funniest scene is when they sneak him in and try to give him a bath. He runs through the apartment and shocks Mr French. Then they find out a pedigree poodle is allowed to live in the building. Kim Kyrath (Gretel from "The Sound Of Music") plays the snobby girl who owns the champion French poodle. Bill decides to arrange a dog show so Puppy can become a champion.
