The two that are supposedly in charge are worthless. All they do is go out on that boat and catch dead fish and we can't forget complain about everything. If they want things done their whay why aren't they doing it themselves.
For two people that supposedly live there why is it that they know what the fishing is like but continue to catch dead fish just so they can have something else to complain about. They just want for people to do what they want, when they want, and how they want it done. Where are they when the actual work is being done having tea.
