Apparently, this is a British program straight out of The Jim Henson Company about a family-owned hotel. Elmo and Cookie Monster are notably featured and Furchester Hotel is more of a spinoff or even a standalone of Sesame Street than anything else. It's tame and harmless, as well as funny and touching. It's a simple show with a simple premise. Your kids (and maybe even you) might get a kick out of it.
