This moving picture is plenty of action-packed , excitement , tense and cheesy sub-plot to boot with wild stunts . A truck driver called John Dawes (Chuck Norris) searches for his brother, who has disappeared in a little town run by nasty people , but he has been really detained and condemned by a corrupt judge called Joshua Trimmings (George Murdock).
