This movie is shamelessly called a ripoff of Cars, although it absolutely not.
This movie has everything, from action, to drama and even love. All the character are extremely likeable. Wheely, as a protagonist, grows as a "car"acter, from a cocky, kinda unlikable guy, to a developed, caring man. Putt-putt is funny, likable guy. Ben and Kaiser are both entertaining antagonists, although the latter is definitely the better one. The pace is perfect, not going too fast, but yet, is not boring. And too, like Pixar, the animation and music is stellar.
So basicaly, this movie is perfect. The "reviews" here don't know how to appreciate film, and cannot see the movie for what it is.
