I mean what does anyone expect from a movie called Deathbed? I hope it's not Shakespear ... if so, let me be the first to tell you: no! That's not what you get here. This is a silly horror movie that knows that it is silly. Also the idea is not anything new. Apparently it has been done before and it has been done since, so there is nothing "special" to see.
On the other hand, it is overall decent if you can suspend your disbelief, which has to do with the actors and the way this was made (decent overall). So while this is not amazing or great, it's not bad or awful either. It might give some people nightmares about beds and others nightmares about movies ... well hopefully you're not in the latter category
