An immortal who possesses mind control powers just doesn't seem right. Having said that, seeing Duncan having a conversation with his 13 year old younger self seemed okay to me. I loved the interaction between Duncan and Cassandra when they first met and how she helped him. Later In present day Cassandra helps Duncan again to face the ancient and evil immortal Roland Kantos. When Duncan was 13 Cassandra gave him a kiss and sent him on his way. When Duncan finally fulfills the prophecy the beautiful immortal witch gives him a wonderful reward. I liked this episode because we get to see Duncan as a boy and because of the almost Fairy Tail feel of the episode. I gave this episode a 10. I also need to mention that when Duncan encounters Kantos near the sea shore, it was an awesome sight seeing Cassandra standing next to Duncan's classic 1964 Ford Thunderbird. It was very interesting to me personally to see this ancient Immortal witch take the initiative after Duncan was injured by shoving him into the passenger seat and driving his T-bird away to safety.
