OK, it's not a score of one because the pteranodon were cute, especially the baby. My main bugbear is that these were pteranodon, not pterodactyl, so the whole premise was false. Saying that, the acting was awful (Bianca Hasse excluded), the story line abysmal and the director may as well have not turned up.
It would be better to turn the TV off and watch traffic in the street than to watch this again.
