Charles Inslee is a white hunter who becomes involved with young Indian squaw Little Dove (Red Wing) when he rescues her after a fall from her horse. Many films would choose to engineer a conflict between the white man and Little Dove's tribe, but director Fred J. Balshofer's film takes a more interesting route that results in a far more satisfactory viewing experience. Balshofer also makes good use of the Big Bear Lake location for Bison Films.
