Hmmm...love the series, all 8 of them, but this was a very strange way to end it. It lacked any sense of realism and failed to explain through dialogue or the teams actions, the reasons they found themselves where they did. How did they get away? How did they track down enemies? Where did they go? What happened to the money? It's always good to leave some things unanswered, you rarely want to close a book completely, however this just didn't make sense! It was a jumpy episode that lacked fluidity and unfortunately turned what should have been an emotional climax and fond farewell into a dissapointing head scratching "is that it?!" kind of moment. Well done to all who have delivered such a fantastic watch up until this point, many watchers really fell in love with the characters, if you ever get a chance to do an alternative ending and wrap it up how it should have been done I'll gladly watch it. Perhaps tying up those loose ends properly with the team returning to 20 HQ and handing over to a new team and giving in their official resignation, returning Chetris body to her estranged Dad who turns out to have been super proud, before walking off into the sunset...only for Scott & Stonebridge to have been shadowing them and then stating over a mic "Boss...I think they're ready for the next step, shall we bring them in?"
