A dull episode that just doesn't seem to go anywhere. The plot is all over the place, and in the end feels totally pointless. Example - you're lead to believe Ralph has some sort of intellectualism that Lisa doesn't. She spends the episode trying to find out, and at the end it is brushed off by Frink, who says there was an error in his test... Soooo.... what exactly was the point in the episode? Weak!
