Season 1 was great. Season 2 thought itself as smart and was a mess. Season 3 looks like a worse version of the 2nd.
Continuation of Mary Sues, "smart" storylines wich don't make sense and departing from the characters' arch. Because if you're left with Hosts, your characters can't have heart, can they? They are perfect, and when not it's to convenience of the plot, you can get attached to characters that can't really die.
The nail in the coffin was the Dumb & Dumber scene. It was the middle finger from HBO to the viewers, and it was cringe to watch. I'm so happy I've never paid an HBO subscription and I download its content instead. It's not illegal in my country so it's OK, I'm subverting their expectations, aM i NoT?
