A fascinating look at the "Bard of South Street", Kenn Kweder is a brilliant musician and truly unique individual. The documentary itself is well produced, with historical footage interspersed with interviews with the man himself, as well as former band members and local personalities. Critically, it sheds light on an area of Philadelphia history that adds to the texture of that city.
