Watching a lot of late horrorslash splatter movies I can say that Artic doesn,t rate poorly if director had added a few twists in the scenario it mighht have been better i.e a more juicy female partner to the bad guy with some sex scenes in trying to seduce one or more of the captive boys....a love interest of the main protagonist who might have been a police officer on a missing corpses investigation,,,and finally an appropriate end for the villain following a previous threat on him by the good guy ie ....forcing acid or liquid metal down his throat..the music score is quite good actually
