I love yes theory.
10 September 2019
I love yes theory, I love they're message, what they are about and who they each are. I think they have moved onto the next level of reaching people, and have gone to the next level of entertainment. Saying all of this, I was a little upset at the quality of this "documentary". I feel it isn't fair to call it that. All it documents is the amazingly hard struggles Amar has had to deal with through out his life. It presents no deeper connection to anyone outside of the yes theory crew. while it has some information it lacks any real documentation on the historic and incredible pyramid it's self, so it should not be called a documentary but a very long and beautifully shot vlog. You can clearly tell these guys came from YouTube by they're style of filming and editing. While this is an advantage in many cases it came across as a behind the scenes bonus content of a real documentary that I really want to see. To go back to a earlier point I truly do love the yes theory team, but the project came across as a rushed, Misnamed, vlog project that was a step in the right direction. Can't wait to see what they do in the future.
