...embarrassed!
"I don't want to kill the dead." -Alicia
Of all the ridicules lines of dialog I have heard watching TV and movies over the years this one has to be tops. Not even Ed Wood had dialog so completely inane.
Since when is killing already dead people an inhumane act? Toss in that their sole purpose for being is to EAT YOU and the line becomes even more absurd. I thought Morgan had gone off his nut in his quest to help everyone (and managing to convince the whole gang to follow) but Alicia topped him.
Okay she got her act together by the end but I wondered if she hit her head when the plane crashed.
As for Morgan...
Not even Rick went out looking for trouble. He had no quest other than a safe place for Carl and his wife. That others came along was just fine. Morgan has all these folks looking for trouble. Granted he did not see the cannibals, the wolves, or other unsavory types Rick and crew did before joining them in Alexandria; but he was there for Negan and no doubt ran into more than his share of "beyond help" people on his journey west.
Grief never ends but really... getting yourself and others killed to try and assuage it is not the answer.
