I remember when my sister rented this. I was anticipating something prolific and emotionally taxing but instead what we got was a poor mix of arthouse and faux-documentary realism in an attempt to "shock" it's audience. Honestly it felt like a high budget stage play. Nothing worked. The acting was very dull and did the arthouse-by-numbers dance that screamed "take me Cannes".. z The movie had no message; like ok "ooh look school shooting it's supposed to make you feel empty" but it's a bit schlocky if you ask me.
