Arihara Tsubasa is disappointed to learn that her new school, Rigahama Municipal High School, doesn't a baseball team let alone a girls' team so she sets about creating one. It won't be that easy though; not only will she have to find enough other girls willing to play, she and those she recruits will have to find somewhere to play and persuade the school that such a club should exist. Then the team will have to learn the required skills before they can find another team to play against.

This might not be a classic series but it is rather fun and is certainly inoffensive. The plot is typical of a school girl club anime as the characters struggle to be allowed to form their club then it becomes a typical sports anime as they practice and face their first opponents. The characters are likeable and it is fun watching them gradually come together as a team. The animation is solid enough although occasionally a series of stills are used in what should be a dynamic moment. The ending is a little rushed as we get two episodes devoted to one game and are then just informed of the result of the next match. Overall it isn't a must see series but it is a pleasant way to pass the time.

These comments are based on watching the series in Japanese with English subtitles.
