The Baby (1973)
8/10
As sick as they come
6 July 2019
Unbelievably demented 70's psycho drama from Director Ted Post. Ann wants to save baby from his family by any means necessary. To give any more away is a disservice to the film, full of shocks and thrills, twists and turns, and an ending you'll never see coming. The first hour is demented, the last 24 minutes are downright twisted. Trashy as hell but highly engaging. Highly recommended to fans of classics like "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?" and trashy fare like Bert I. Gordon's "Mad Bomber". Great time to be had by all, The Baby is unforgettable sleaze at its very finest.
