The documentary "Forest Man" is an inspirational story. A photographer called Jitu Kalita accidently stumbles across a forest in the middle of a barren wasteland. He meets a man by the name Jadav Payeng who cares about the earth, nature and animals very much.
Jadav Payeng had been planting trees since the 1970s when Jitu Kalita wrote about Jadav Payeng's courageous and determined story and put it in the local newspaper. Jadav Payeng soon became famous for planting a forest that is now bigger than Central Park. The documentary overall, sends a powerful message about how we need to help and respect the environment just like Jadav Payeng.
Overall, I rate this short documentary 8/10 stars.
