"Gone Rogue" is a pretty solid episode of The Flash. But only just. I think the Rogues line up was a pretty scary thought going in. Almost none of these were particularly strong villains in their intro episodes (with the exception of Rag-Doll) so I can't say I was truly excited for it.
Luckily, though, the episode managed to win me over in the back half. I won't say that it's an amazing episode but once things get underway we get some truly amazing moments and the final act of the episode is super strong. Nora's arc is also really great even if I would've been okay with it lasting a tad bit longer.
