A very interesting and important topic presented (and tragically cheapened) by mostly mediocre actors and a few terrible ones (e.g. drunk guy at party), a decent director, and a very weak script which is riddled with cartoonish characters and ridiculous elements.
Thriller? More like snooze fest. Tries hard to portray Dick Cheney, Dubya, Condi Rice, etc. but doesn't have the tools to pull it off. One Jamie Lee Curtis does not a good movie make. Go see Vice instead.
