A Girl Named Sooner (1975 TV Movie)

I was profoundly impacted by this movie.

I could not recall the name of this movie, (but with the Internets help, I was able to find it.) All I could remember was that I was so terribly distraught over the stoning of the crow. As a ten year old girl, I was faced with so many emotions after that scene, my mind could not manage them all at once. Sadness, hatred, anger, resentment, fear and loathing. After reading so many other reviews, I see that I was not the only one to be impacted by this scene. I can't say for sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing all I know is that it will stay with me forever.
