This is a derivative filler episode that needs to change the personalities of several characters to work. (I'm watching in DVD order where this one comes mid-season; it might have worked better watched as the third episode.)
The moon is on a collision course with a planet. Koenig meets yet another mystical, peaceful alien with telepathic abilities and who knows all about Earth's history. She comes in peace, but most Alphans are skeptical.
A good opening and a couple of good action sequences don't save the overly familiar story.
