Sunstorm (2001)
3/10
Extremely cheap and cheesy
3 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
SUNSTORM is an extremely cheap and cheesy action thriller centred around a group of women who are the daughters of an assassinated general. They decide to team up and get revenge on those responsible, but if you're looking for anything even remotely serious here then you've come to the wrong place. This is outrageously silly, with terrible action choreography and wooden performances throughout from a cast picked for their looks rather than acting talent. The only fun comes from barely-seen old-timers Geoffrey Lewis and Stacy Keach and a still-beautiful Bo Derek.
