Sorry to say, but in my view this episode's a loser-- no action, no NYC locations, no suspense, and precious little human interest. Instead we get a thousand close-ups of comic actor Al Lewis. He may be funny as heck as Grandpa in The Munsters, but here, it does get tiresome. The plot's something about Casey going undercover in a broken down nightclub in order to get the goods on a robber who owns the joint. Too bad the storyline fails to build and draw us in. Anyway, Garland looks lovely in her nightclub gown, while everyone smokes up a storm in good 1950's style. All in alI I'm not surprised the producers showed the entry during the holidays (Dec. 30, '57), a time when few folks are watching. Oh well, not every episode can be a winner.
