I personally like this program a lot.I just wish that some of the home owners in some cases, would understand that it costs a lot more than what they expect to receive for what they are willing to pay or can afford. Hilary can only go as far as she can with the budget she is given. Especially if something unexpected happens and needs to be repaired. I went through renovations myself and it costs time and money. I don't regret doing it. It came out beautiful.
I do think that the bantering back and forth between David and Hilary is funny and quick witted. I do realize that Hilary gets paid whether the home owners Love the house or List it. I think that Hilary, Eric and the rest of her crew do a fantastic job with the budget that they are given. I think that David is funny with his expressions and his quick wit.
