Her designs are minimal at best.
She claims she breaks down her renovations in two stages, but doubtful this is the case as why would you do construction upstairs over a completed downstairs (contractor foot traffic, with supplies plus debris), also show editing seems to contradict that 2 stage reno.
She also is not dressed most of the time to perform renovations, you can easily see she does a few paint strokes, lay a few tiles before handing off to her dad or contractor to finish.
