Everything was tied together in this episode.. not in a neat ribbon, but in a complicated yet consistent, believable whole; all done while invoking a bare minimum of scientific extrapolation. This is not the most exciting series, to be honest, but it is genuinely cerebral, and the unfolding of parallel characters and the two worlds is used as a mechanism for some fascinating philosophical speculation. Well done!
