Things are imploding all over the place. First of all, during a skirmish Jack lost the transponder on his watch. No one at CTU can figure out where he is. There is a big meeting with the two parties who are vying for the virus. Lo and behold, one of the representatives is our old friend and wife murderer, Nina. Back at the ranch, Tony is being doubted for his inconsistent behavior. Kim is again the cause of problems. The President is called to see Milliken, a key contributor to his campaign. He has a serious demand. Things can't get much worse (of course we know better).
