When factual history is being attacked by fake news, stories like this become even MORE important. Women's voices have been silenced for too long. Humanity is kind-- but also cruel. Testimonies like Women of the Gulag are bookmarks to help us remember-- so that we DO NOT repeat the worst of human behavior. An important story that I did not know the nuances of until watching Women of the Gulag.
