The concept is cute, as are the enthusiastic child actors. However, I feel like I'm sitting thru a school play - for a film someone spent money making the acting is awful from nearly all involved. I had to pretend I was watching it to support the kids.
My 5 year old son has no concept of what's good acting and he enjoyed it, so there's that.
