Watched this as a kid in Florida. And that it was on USA Network Cartoon Express. But really it had a stunt racing kind car named Wheelie and his girlfriend Rota. Harassed by a motorcycle gang named the Chopper Bunch. Lead by Chopper as they tried to to get his girl and give our hero a hard time
But they manage to fail. But really think if it was not opposite Bugs Bunny and all of the other characters could talk except Wheelie unless he was born like that. It could had worked and been a hit. Only H.B. show with no humans. Just cars. Wheelie only communicated by window signs and honks even though the audience could not understand him, but the others could.
Still a remake could have been and this time, Wheelie should had talked like the other cars. What were Hanna Barbara thinking?
