There are a lot of ridiculous story arcs that come together to form Shamdat Sainudeen's Street Lights - in the most haphazard way possible - but what tops everything - even all the glamour and useless charismatic slo-mos - is how the makers try to justify a wrong committed by a character by reading out the victim's criminal record, followed by a stupid closing description of charity.
