Before daring to watch the wildy infamous "Melancholie der Engel" movie I decided to check it out first some of the shorts made by the same director.
I like the idea behind this short, contrasting the beautiful, relaxing setting with an utterly horrifying reveal.
The twist is very nasty and disturbing but I must say I found to be quite effective. It could even work very well as the introduction scene for a horror movie.
