This show, the acting and especially the writing are stellar. The story line is intriguing, the lead character is a perfectly messed up hero of the best kind. The dialog is smart and often hilarious and it gets better as you continue watching. Someone mentioned Van Helsing as a better show. Dear gods, I couldn't get through a single episode of the show because it was so terrible.
