I'm surprised that I missed this episode, although I did see the later parts of it. The episode opens with Father Maxi scaring the kids about Hell. It then cuts to actually showing Hell where Satan is throwing a luau. That really does make more sense for the series. Hell seems to be a lot better than you'd think. Later in the episode, we do get to see people suffering in it.
I guess it's only bad for people that are sincerely bad? Anyway, I love the show's attitude on religion. It makes fun of it, but says that if you're a genuinely good person, it doesn't matter what you believe. I didn't quite know for a fact that Jews don't believe in Hell. I don't either. I don't understand religion, but I do believe in it. ***1/2
