It's a B movie and no mistake. A cheap schlock movie overwritten by the writer/director - argh! - although with a few redeaming features.
For a B movie, it's well acted and pretty well directed. There's a smattering of gore, a soupcon of sex, a few good lines but far too much talking which drags it out seemingly interminably. Watch with a finger on Fast Forward if you can.
If you like schlock, go for it but lovers of most other genres including horror, comedy crime and low budget - and it's far from a romance as billed - will do better looking elsewhere.
